In the event a of cancellation, the deposit will be retained. In the case of an earlier than planned departure, delayed arrival or cancellation, we will make a charge in accordance with the standard conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations
Our rooms and apartments are available from 14:00 hrs on your day of arrival. Please let us know if you are arriving after 18:00 hrs. We would ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 hrs on the day of your departure
